The President's March 20, 2009 Memorandum, Ensuring Responsible Spending of Recovery Act, called for "Ensuring the Transparency of Registered Lobbyist Communications” (see Section 3). HHS is committed to reporting both verbal and written communications within three business days of their occurance. These HHS reports are available in a searchable database.
